Fee Structure

Full Management:

Initial tenancy sign-up fee – 25% of first month’s rent
Monthly charges – 10% of rent collected
Tenancy resign fee – 10% of first month’s rent

Tenant find only:

Tenancy sign-up fee – 75% of first month’s rent
All quoted fees are exclusive of VAT at the current rate of 15%.
